The UN Standards of Conduct Gap Analysis Tool - Launching in September

PGLE, UN OHCHR, the World Economic Forum, and the UN Global Compact, with the generous support of BCG, have partnered to develop the UN Standards of Conduct for Business on Tackling Discrimination Against LGBTI People Gap Analysis Tool to help companies identify gaps and opportunities in their implementation of the UN Standards. The tool also serves as a guide for companies as they develop strategies to advance LGBTI inclusion and equity.

Developed over the course of two years with the support of experts, civil society organizations, and test users, the developers have made sure that the tool is comprehensive and ensures global relevance so that companies throughout the world can use this resource. The UN Standards Gap Analysis Tool will be for a company’s internal use only, and results will not be publicly disclosed. The tool will be available to any company of any size and at no cost.
